Connection test

• New “Test connection” button when adding a server, with a readable log you can share to support
• Direct login for new servers, automatic SSH linking based on IP address
• Long-press menus removed, stack actions still reachable via the detail view
• Tapping a stack now reliably opens the detail view on the first tap
• Performance header no longer hides behind the navigation bar
• Login button stays readable once you start typing
